  12.      come to the monthly meetings, as I demonstrate the new Disk of The
  13.      Month which people enjoy buying. There is also the sharing of ideas,
  14.      " can you help!!" from those who need it and some very interesting
  15.      demonstrations of equipment and new programmes from members.
  16.      If there is something you would like in the disk of the month let 
  17.      me know. I will continue to put some of the better programmes of
  18.      those which are new on the disk it all depends on what we receive.

  101.  AP26 GEMCALC-V1.92 By G. Englmayer. German prg translated into English
  102.       and is probably in MONO. Supposed to be very popular. Many features
  103.       uses function keys for easy use, graphs.
  104.  AP27 FINANCIAL CALCULATOR-This is a fast and easy to use loan analyser 
  105.       program. You can quickly compare different scenarios and can print 
  106.       the amortization tables to your printer. Also gives you yearly

  108.       FIRST BASE V1.7-First Base is suitable for medium size database 
  109.       applications and is quite fast since data is memory resident.

  123.       HFPROP - This program will tell you the maximum distance 
  124.       between a transmitter and a receiver taking many many things into 
  125.       account. To a HAM, it is pretty self-explanatory. All HAM bands 
  126.       are covered. FINALLY something new for Radioheads on the ST!
  127.       TV_DIR - Even if you are not into radio, you can still find 
  128.       this one interesting. This program will output the following 
  129.       information about ANY television or cable channel: Frequency range 
  130.       of the channel, Picture carrier frequency, Color carrier 
  131.       frequency, Sound carrier frequency, Local Oscillator frequency and 
  132.       Image range frequencies. It is unique as far as ST programs go.
  133.       VHFPROP - This program is a companion to the HFPROP program. 
  134.       Together, both allow one who is interested in this sort of stuff 
  135.       (i.e. HAMS, SWL's, scanner freaks, etc.) to cover just about all 
  136.       of the frequency spectrum that they might need.

  278.        GOGOST21- GoGo->ST is a very complete shareware program that 
  279.        makes using your Atari ST much easier and faster. In seconds you 
  280.        can be in and out of programs located in different directories all 
  281.        over your hard disk, or on different floppy disks. Execute a 
  282.        document and GoGo->ST will load any of 16 applications that you 
  283.        select for that document type. Every type of program is a single 
  284.        mouse click away with GoGo->ST. Many say that this is the shell 
  285.        they prefer over all others commercially available. Don't miss

  287.        PRINT_A - Version 1.1 of Print-a-Matic. This utility lets you 
  288.        configure your printer, plus has a test feature to see how it will 
  289.        look. Also has a macro command to batch send your printer codes.M.H 
  290.        XLATE- XLATE is a powerful ASCII conversion program. Any ASCII file
  291.        (and for that matter any file really) can be converted to either
  292.        Word Writer ST, First Word, or converted ASCII format. 
  293.        In other words, no more "hard" returns at the end of each line of 
  294.        any ASCII file you import into your word processor! XLATE can also 
  295.        be used to strip any control characters (like form feeds and such 
  296.        generated by other word processors when they print to disk, or any 
  297.        "garbage" characters), and even strip out excess spaces (often

  313.        it'll turn the floppy light on to show the status of storage

  320.        DCMAXTRK.PRG - DCMAXTRACK will determine the maximum number of 
  321.        tracks your floppy disk drive can format. Run it, pop in a test

  323.        DCSHOHEX.PRG - DC ShowHex v1.0. View any file and see what's inside
  324.        - data, text, whatever. Also view memory (has presets for viewing
  325.        ROMs, cartridge, Line A variables, OS variables, TT Fast RAM,etc)

  366.        IBMDISK - Two programs to help you convert your ST disks into IBM
  367.        format. Brought to you by Jim Burton.
  368.        IBMFORM.PRG - formats a double-sided disk so that it's readable on 
  369.        MS-DOS systems. TOS 1.0 and 1.2 do not put a IBM-compatible boot 
  370.        sector on disks that it formats, this program takes care of that. 
  371.        It also gives the disk the MS-DOS standard 3 FAT sectors, instead 
  372.        of 5. L-M-H
  373.        IBMCNVRT.PRG - If you have an ST formatted disk that you want to 
  374.        read on an MS-DOS PC, but the PC refuses to cooperate, run this 
  375.        program. IBMCNVRT makes the boot sector on the ST disk compatible 
  376.        with what DOS expects (If the data on your disk is very important, 
  377.        run this on a backup copy. One shouldn't trust one's important 
  378.        data to a program that messes with one's boot sector!). L-M-H

  387.        RTRNLBL.PRG is a GEM based return label maker and it should work 
  388.        with most Epson compatible printers. It was designed to run in mono,
